Name: Gallo Family
Variety: Pinot Noir (12.5% Alcohol)
Region: Modesto, California
Country: United States
Year: none
My Review: This looks like a medium bodied wine, the color of ruby red. It has decent legs and looks to cling to the glass a decent amount. This wine smells of cherry and strawberry, with a floral hint, possibly rose. This wine has a very basic taste, with not much complexity. I don’t dislike it, but there is nothing special here. It actually does go down very smoothly. This is a very sweet wine with zero tannins.
Winery Review: You can never go wrong by serving a bottle of our Pinot Noir. This medium bodied wine provides a smooth and light finish with aromas of cherry and sweet fruit flavors.
I did not drink this with food
I would probably drink this again
