Name: Ecco Domani
Variety: Pinot Noir (13% alcohol)
Region: Sicily
Country: Italy
Year: 2011
My Review: This is a medium to thick red wine with a dark cherry color. It smells like spicy pepper, cherries, and blackberry. After tasting it, I taste exactly what I smell with also a small soapy flavor. This is a dry wine with a somewhat smooth finish that has a slight prickling sensation in the mouth.
Winery Review: Inspired by the allure of modern Italy, I create wines from the finest vineyards in Italy's renowned Sicily region. Ecco Domani Pinot Noir expresses vibrant aromas of blueberry and blackberry, accented by subtle hints of pepper and spice.
I did not drink this with food
I might drink this again
