Name: Perrin Cotes du Rhone
Variety: Viognier, Rousanne, Marsanne, Grenache Blanc (13% Alcohol)
Region: Rhone Valley
Country: France
Year: 2012
My Review: This wine is light gold, medium bodied and has slight legs. It does not have a very strong nose, but I do smell peaches with a little bit of grass and flowers. This is a very bitter wine and is very acidic. There is nothing sweet about this wine at all. It is also slightly more watery than I would like.
Winery Review: Plump, caressing creamed melon and apple notes are backed by a lightly honeyed hint on the finish. Forward and friendly. Drink now.
I did not drink this with food
I probably would not drink this again (5/10)
